These Conditions of Use form an agreement between you and Toner Connection, LLC (“Toner Connection,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

We may revise these terms by posting an updated version. Changes apply prospectively from the stated effective date unless otherwise required by law.

2. Eligibility and business authority

You must be at least 18 years old or use the website with a parent or legal guardian. If you purchase for a company or another person, you represent that you have authority to bind that party and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts associated with inaccurate information, fraud, abuse, security concerns, or violation of these terms.

4. Product information and compatibility

We work to provide accurate descriptions, images, compatibility information, pricing, and availability, but errors can occur. Product images may be representative. You are responsible for confirming that a product is appropriate for your equipment and intended use. Contact us before ordering when compatibility is uncertain.

“OEM” identifies a product made or branded by the original equipment manufacturer. Compatible and remanufactured products are alternatives and are identified separately where applicable.

5. Pricing, taxes, and payment

Prices, promotions, availability, and payment options may change without notice. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other disclosed fees are added during checkout or invoicing. Payment is due according to the selected payment method or separately approved account terms. We may correct pricing or product errors and cancel or limit an affected order, with notice and refund of amounts paid for canceled items.

6. Orders and acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your request but does not constitute final acceptance. We may verify information, payment, credit approval, product availability, quantity, destination, and suspected fraud before accepting or shipping an order. We may reject, cancel, or limit an order where reasonably necessary.

Contact us immediately to request a change or cancellation. Once processing or shipment begins, changes may not be possible and shipping charges may be nonrefundable.

7. Shipping, delivery, and risk

Delivery dates are estimates. We are not responsible for delay caused by carriers, suppliers, weather, address errors, product availability, or events beyond reasonable control. 8. Returns, refunds, and warranty

Returns require prior authorization and are governed by the Returns & RMA Policy. Product claims are subject to the applicable Warranty Policy. Refund timing can vary based on inspection, processing, and the payment provider.

9. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy content through automated means without permission, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent orders, violate law, or infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.

10. Intellectual property

The website’s original text, graphics, branding, layout, software configuration, and other content are owned by or licensed to Toner Connection and protected by applicable laws. Manufacturer names, logos, and product marks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and compatibility purposes.

The website may depend on or link to third-party services, including payment processors, shipping carriers, manufacturers, and other websites. Their terms and privacy practices govern your use of their services. A link does not imply endorsement unless expressly stated.

12. Disclaimers

Except for an express written product warranty and rights that cannot legally be excluded, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free content, or that every product will remain available. Nothing on the website is professional legal, medical, tax, or safety advice.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toner Connection will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, business, or use arising from the website or products. Any direct liability will be limited to the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The exclusive venue and forum for disputes should be confirmed by Toner Connection and legal counsel before publication. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.

15. General provisions

If a provision is held unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights or obligations without our written consent. These terms and incorporated policies form the entire agreement regarding website use and online purchases, except for separately signed customer agreements or approved account terms.
