Eligible Toner Connection imaging products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from purchase, subject to the terms below.
One-year period
Claims must be made within one year of the original purchase date unless a different term is stated.
Available remedy
After evaluation, an eligible defective product may be replaced or refunded at Toner Connection’s discretion.
Limited product warranty
Toner Connection, LLC warrants to the original purchaser that eligible imaging products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship affecting form, fit, and function during the applicable warranty period.
This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Toner Connection, used under normal conditions, and installed and operated according to the printer, copier, and cartridge manufacturer’s instructions.
How to make a claim
- Stop using the product if continuing could cause damage.
- Contact Toner Connection with your invoice and product information.
- Retain the cartridge, packaging, and a print sample.
- Follow the provided inspection or return instructions.
What is not covered
- Misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, or improper storage
- Incorrect installation or use in incompatible equipment
- Normal depletion, wear, or an empty cartridge
- Problems caused by the printer, copier, software, network, or electrical supply
- Acts of nature, accidents, or third-party damage
- Unauthorized refilling, repair, modification, or tampering
- Failure to perform manufacturer-recommended maintenance
- Incidental, indirect, special, or consequential loss where legally permitted
Liability is limited to the remedies stated in this warranty to the extent permitted by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so they may not apply to you.
